I found the cost of my latest service a little high for the routine work. But customer service was courteous, my appointment timeslot was honored, and I have faith in the more technical work such as the brake fluid exchange. I have used Tires Plus in the past and have had very good work done on rear suspension struts, tire mounting, and alignment. They are honest when they find an issue they cannot handle - driveshafts they could not separate due to corrosion that needed specialist attention - and an air filter they could not source as I waited as it was a performance part - and in these instances they reassembled what they had done at no cost. This is why I have faith in the technical side of their work.

Adrian is very professional and great on getting tires for my car. Also appoints when something is needed to service or maintain, with no pressure. Really take care of the cars and all there is very organized and clean.

I had a deeply upsetting experience at this car repair shop on June 21, 2026 (Father’s Day). I visited around 3:15 PM with my minor son to address an A/C issue that was blowing hot air. The front desk staff initially suggested leaving the car overnight, which I declined due to needing it the next day. He then proposed inspecting the system, cleaning it, refilling coolant, and adding a leak-detection fluid, estimating the cost at around $200. I agreed. After about 30 minutes, the mechanic informed me that the issue was with the compressor and that the initially proposed service would not fix the problem. However, when I returned to the front desk, I was told I would still be charged $50 despite no repair being completed. When I asked for clarification about what work had actually been done (including whether coolant or diagnostic fluid had been added), I received inconsistent and unconvincing answers. When I questioned the charge, the staff member became increasingly agitated. In an effort to de-escalate, I placed my credit card on the counter and told him to charge what he believed was appropriate. At that point, his behavior became aggressive - He threw my credit card back at m

Okay experience. I was hoping to give 5 stars. Synthetic oil change with a $10 inspection that I did not ask for. I was interested in a tire rotation, and they explained they were unable to do so since my front tires were worn and approaching limits (understood). When I asked for TPMS sensor replacement at $740 ($640 with an ongoing sale), they were then gladly willing to remove my current tires and reinstall them them (I don't understand this logic). Why would my tires now be safe removal and rotation if they were approaching limits before? Oil was over-filled by a quart. I bought tires here in the past and had great service. I would have bought tires here in the future but I was unimpressed. If you pay a lot they will treat you well. But if you pay less, they aren't trying to gain a future customer. Will go elsewhere next time even if I have to pay more.
